Motor Vehicle Accidents

If you have suffered a personal injury in connection with a motor vehicle accident, you may be entitled to compensation. This includes people who were the driver, a passenger, a pedestrian or a cyclist.

Motor Vehicle Accidents Defined

The law defines a motor vehicle as a vehicle which is required to be registered. This includes a car, van, ute, motor bike, truck, and a trailer.

To be entitled to compensation, you are required to prove your injury arose out of a negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Please telephone Taylors on (07) 3229 1266 for further explanation of 'negligent operation'. Each case has a different set of facts and as such an assessment must be done on case by case bases.
