Workers Compensation

If you have suffered an injury as a result of an injury with work, you may be entitled to workers’ compensation benefits and damages if the injury is a result of your employer’s or co-workings negligence.

We provide representation to plaintiffs (injured person) in common law claims where you will be required to prove that your employer was either negligent or did not meet other requirements imposed on them to prevent the injury.

WorkCover Claims

Taylors aims to resolve your claim through negotiation with WorkCover or your self-insurer before proceeding to court. Only if negotiation with your insurer does not reach a satisfactory settlement will we issue workers compensation proceedings on your behalf.
